A day at Tamworth and Crewe on the 10th August 2010. Had a good day riding the titling pendos and the weather was ok until the trip home. Cheers to virgin for the Free wifi in the voyager ;). Cheers to Jack for tix!

Had a fantastic day up in York and Doncaster to chase the deltaic on a rail tour. Along, we see 67006 and 24 on a private charter that terminated at York and a Shed tour operated by UKRT. Pictures were taken with a P & S camera and there fore not the highest quality due to my camera is being repaired. Thanks to Alan, Steve and Alisdair. Extra thanks need to be said for Mick, Cheers for the invite and a good day!

Had a good day out in the Norfolk country bashing the Class 90 drags hauled by 47802 from Norwich to Gt. Yarmouth. Weather was good and just right for sitting on Gt. Yarmouth beach. On that note, what a way to end the day by sitting on beach and chilling out, throwing stones and wishing we’d bought our shorts! Cheers to all people I meet and nice meeting some new people. Must be done again!

Just a little visit to my favourite East Coast line side location, Arlesey Co-Op crossing. Here we don’t see much expect an unusual working, 4Z32 hauled by 92019.

Looking at a webiste, I saw that it said 2 trains had terminated at Knebworth. So I went down to the station to get some snaps.

An evening spent at Knebworth House miniature railway for there once a year steam gala thingy. It was a pleasurable evening with the miniature steam train providing more than enough power for the night. It was wall wrapped up by a nice firework display.

Another morning spent at Welwyn garden city to see 90024, DRS scrap train (Pictures NOT available) and an unusual 8 car 321 movement performed by GBRf for NXEA. We also see a pair of 317’s running fast due to a cancelation. Enjoy. (Now my college course is coming to an end, there won’t be so many WGC pics on here anymore!)

A pleasant evening on Peterborough station waiting for the Deltic. Sadly, Peterborough PSB had put the Deltic on platform 5 so taking photograph was a bit hard. Here was also see some usual traffic passing the station.

Photographs from Peterborough with the Sunday night sleeper diversions. Already 12 down, 90036 arrives into Peterborough platform 5 with an ETH error. The train sat there for approximately 15 mins before heading off. Photographs where taken with a mobile phone as I wasn’t expecting them to stop. Enjoy!

A day in london. Here we have a couple of shots from the London transport musuem and some shots from stratford. This day was more of a travel day than photographs. We had a nice lonf ride on the Croydon tram link to wimboldon and then back round to stratford. Dinner was also served to us on a 377, courtasy of mc donalds. Back at kings cross, 91111 was in platform 0 and started cousing the driver some greif. The fitters were called and got it working, but not for long! It was a good day overall and very tired at the end.

Here we have two collections in one. Day one, (24/05/2010) was made for a couple of shots for an East Coast trains driver, John Goulding. Here we see a couple of shots at Woolmer Green. The 2nd part, (25/05/2010) was a busy day at Welwyn Garden City with 2 sheds on freight, light engine shed and a Class 321 (321330) on Donny – Ilford in plain white. Also, a GC 180114 pulls up at WGC due to a train fault. Enjoy!

I decided to take a nice bike ride over to the Hertford loop to see a few trains over there and to see what the line was like in the summer. Here we see a few images I took along my journey.
